RETURNS

As our products are carefully tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. By making a purchase on our website, you, as the customer, acknowledge and agree that returns are not permissible, even if the end product does not meet your personal preferences.

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Prior to completing your purchase, we encourage you to review the product details, descriptions, and any available visual representations to make an informed decision.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your item is damaged upon arrival, we kindly request you to contact us within 15 days from the date of receipt. This will allow us sufficient time to assess the situation and find a suitable solution to resolve the issue.

If you, as the customer, have received an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, and if your payment for the order was made using cryptocurrency or vouchers, we will reimburse you with store credit. Please note that monetary refunds are not available in this case.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges as our products are carefully tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.

Refunds

We only offer if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your order to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

We do not offer refunds on orders with payments made using cryptocurrency or vouchers. In this case the customer will be reimbursed with store credit.
